Mimest was born as a start-up, founded by engineers who believed in their idea. It would be enough to remember this, to express how sensitive we are to the talent, ideas, contribution that every company – understood as a social enterprise promoting a vision of civil economy – can give to the economic and cultural growth of the country in which it was born and developed.

We have dedicated spaces and we constantly invest in training, even on highly specialized technical subjects, both through internal training and through collaboration with external institutions and universities.
The training goes beyond the boundaries of Mimest and is shared through AMF Academy and its Wiki platform with the whole group and its customers.
SAFETY CERTIFIED UNI EN ISO 45001
High temperatures, fine metal particles, flammable gases, if not managed in the most correct way, the environment of MIM and additive manufacturing can be unhealthy as well as dangerous. For this reason we have decided to implement a safety management system according to the UNI EN ISO 45001 model, which pushes us every day to analyze what we do and how we do it to constantly improve it.
